Had a carpet instal in a spare room, and they did a great job! Service was excellent and we needed this done really quickly and they were able to make it happen! Our carpet looks great! Thank you all for your hard work and helping us make it happen!
I highly recommend Carpet Creations. Julie and Frances are absolutely wonderful to work with. They helped me pick out carpet and flooring that fit my needs and my budget. They were extremely flexible with my dates for installation! Only had one relatively minor issue during installation and it was addressed right away to my satisfaction. Adding a before (carpet) and after picture (LVT).
We were so pleased from start to finish with the entire team at Carpet Creations. From the moment we walked in the door and met with Frances we knew it was going to be a great fit. She helped us narrow down our flooring choices with her knowledge and expertise while adding her great sense of humor to the mix. Julie provided us with various rug options, responded to multiple email questions and kept us up to date on all scheduling matters with consideration and care. Mike, Brandon and Jamie were the icing on the cake. They did an amazing job installing our floors, baseboards and rug with efficiency, skill and precision. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
