I was in town for a holiday visit and wanted to get flowers for my mother’s grave. Found this shop online, stopped by to find a quaint little store run by a wonderful woman who knew exactly what kind of arrangement to put together.
I made an online order which afterwards received online confirmation of order. I then called store directly (no answer) and left a voice message to confirm order and to call me if any issues. Never heard back so assumed all was good. Well, delivery date came and went and no flowers. Looked back in emails and saw a follow-up email with cancellation of the order due to not in stock. So I guess, my fault for not checking back at emails but a return of my original phone call stating there was an issue of my order would have been nice...
