Shane recently finished replacing all of our flooring in our kitchen, living room, hallways and both bathrooms. We had new sinks, faucets, and quartz countertops installed in our kitchen and bathrooms. He coordinated all the plumbing and countertops too. His competition asks the customer to find a plumber. Shane’s company is one stop shopping and no stress.
Shane and our painter Dan Bernard completed 100% of the work when we were away in Florida. Shane provided daily videos of his progress during the renovations which was absolutely wonderful. This was above and beyond anything that I have ever seen with other companies.

Shane is one of the most talented people I have ever hired! I know that he usually works on home projects, but he was totally down to try someone new and work on a commercial space.

Shane transformed the entire bottom floor of our condo. Not only a beautiful new kitchen, but a mantle and new hearth. A gorgeous new floor and oak stairs. He has lots of great ideas, but also listens and can bring your ideas to life. We definitely enjoyed working him and would recommend SVL for any of your home improvement needs.
