This was my first time at this salon and with Amy. Amy is the owner at Sol Beso but it didn’t stop her from spending extra time with me before she took over and worked her magic. I have curly hair and had a lot of gray root growth and several different colors to try to work with and correct. She wanted to know the history of my hair, what I like and don’t like and what my hair goals are. Then she spent even more time explaining what my options were and we discussed the best plan. She uses high-quality products and follows up on satisfaction. I love the cut and color outcome. I am going back to her from now on. Very unprofessional...had an appointment that the owner canceled on me an hour before I was supposed to arrive, I was very understanding and rescheduled, only after reaching out myself, and wasn’t able to get scheduled until weeks later. Fast forward to my rescheduled appointment and she canceled on me AGAIN within a half hour of the appointment. I had changed my whole work schedule both times, and had a trip planned that night so this was extremely important to me. I highly suggest going somewhere else where you’re not wasting your time waiting for an appointment, just to be canceled on.
