The equipment is well-maintained and the gym is clean. 2 power racks, deadlift platform, a good selection of dumbbells, lots of machines, a few treadmills, spin bikes, and a rower. Excellent personalized one-on-one personal training is available at astonishingly affordable rates. 24-hour key card access makes it easy to work out on your schedule. The regulars are friendly and welcoming.

I’ve come here for the last 2 years on & off. Every time I go, the place is spotless and if anybody is there with me they are always kind. My previous injuries make it hard sometimes, but Bob (owner) and the other gym goers are always supportive. Definitely the best gym I have been to since moving back to New England.

Love the Powerzone! Been going for years and will continue to. Access any time, never really crowded, place is always clean, and Bob the owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet.
