Steve was great! He did not know ahead of time how strange my old house would be or what he was walking into when I "just" needed a hook-up to a new irrigation system — but he figured it all out, cleared out old junky work and cleaned everything up really professionally. And a lovely person to work with! Thumbs up!
Simply tremendous company. I got quotes for a new boiler from several other more well known companies. Paradigm didn't just beat the price they crushed it. The techs that came out to install it ( Issac and Sam ) were amazing. They came on time and were professional. They answered all of my questions. When they were coming out to do the inspection with the fire chief I was given a two hour window ( 2 - 4 ). They called me to let me know they would be coming at 230...the other company I used to use didn't call me and showed up late all the time. These guys are absolutely the best.
