I’ve been using Northside since about 2015. I started using them because I lived just down the street and now I’m happy to drive an hour to bring my animals to them. I trust them completely and I can’t see myself using any other vet. For years they cared for my sweet heart dog, Champ. He was constantly in for various health concerns so I got to know the staff very well. They went above and beyond for him every single time we were in. He adored them and was always happy to see them, even when going in for procedures or because he was sick. My first time visiting was to put my dog down. Mac was 15, in decline, and had a seizure. After waiting several hours i made the tough decision to make some calls. After calling around, my options were CAVES in Concord that wanted $450, Northside was $190 . My entire experience was everything I needed and more. I will be making Northside my primary animal hospital in the future.
