Three days before we were scheduled to leave for vacation our water heater leaked all over our basement and needed to be replaced. Within an hour of our call, Jackson was here to help us out and leas then two hours later we were back in service! He knows we have kids and wanted to get us back on track!
We were so lucky to get a referral for Dave and Jackson at Mack's Heating and Air Conditioning from our electrician! Dave, the owner, came out and gave us a reasonable estimate (not outlandish like another we'd gotten) to replace the flex ducts in our basement and replace the insulation wrapping around our main metal duct and his son, Jackson, was able to fit it into his schedule the very next week which was so great.The previous owners who sold this house to us worked hard to hide the remnants of decades of rodent infestations in the insulations in the basement ceiling beams when we bought the house recently so we've been working to get rid of the aftermath... read full review
Dave and his crew did a wonderful job upgrading our outdoor heat pump condenser. Very professional, high quality job and affordable! Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.
