We replaced our bedroom carpet after 19 years. We could not be happier with the customer service at Ed's Flooring Hookset. Madison is a low key but knowledgeable sales person. Ed himself did the measurement and Carlos and Matthew did a perfect installation. Time will tell how the carpet wears but we hope for the best.

We enjoyed working with Madison who was very patient with us seniors. Very knowledgable and presented us with floor options that were within our budget. Ed was great when he came out to bid the job and Jack the installer was very personable and did an excellent install job. Whenever we called people at the store were very pleasant and helpful.
