“Our home flooded in January and Servicexperts completed the mitigation and renovation. Coming home to a flooded house in the middle of a snowstorm with a 3 year old and a 5 month old was less than ideal, but Randy and his team made it virtually painless. “Bob came to our house with carpet samples, took measurements, and provided us with an estimate that night. He took plenty of time to answer questions and scheduled the job within a week. The installers came on time, were all very courteous, and were careful bringing in all the large carpet rolls. They removed the old carpet and installed all the new carpeting in our 3 bedrooms and were finished in about 4 hours. Bob followed up the next day to make sure that we were happy with the work. “A relatively small job but in a hard-to-reach spot. We needed about 6 'shiplap' (exterior vertical) siding boards replaced on our back dormer. I'd ordered replacement boards from a local sawmill (Wilkens Lumber), and had the exterior stain, was going to do it myself, until I realized I couldn't do it all by myself. Matt Flattery came, looked at the job, said he could not only replace the 6 boards I needed done, but there would be leftover wood to also do a few more boards. He would also install a backing layer between exterior boards nad plywood, plus add a flashing along bottom to further protect from snow buildup. We had to go on a trip for a few days, and when we returned the job had been completed. Matt had emailed us a series of photos showing his work in process while we were gone. It was very well done - 10X better than I could ever have done by myself. And, a reasonable price too! Highly recommend Matt.“

“The staff has always been polite when I purchased items there. That location is clean and well organized. Some of the product such as tile is not that good for the price but no different than any chain store.
You do get a lot less broken tile in a box unlike a Home Depot or a Lowe's. The product isn't treated like sack of potatoes like Home Depot or Lowe's by the staff or customers. When a place is clean and organized people tend to treat a place better. You go into a dark dirty warehouse supplier people are more likely to treat the place like a city dump.

The place is well lighted and can see the product. You are able to see fine detail unlike a dungeon like warehouse supplier.

Some items in stock are an issue. Before you go to a location I would call first before going. They may have to order what you want and should go there at least 2 weeks before you plan to install.“
