NO SHOW...It pains me to complain about poor service. I would much rather rave about awesome service and a job well done. But this sadly is not the case here. We made an appointment with P&T for air duct inspection and cleaning weeks in advance and were told P&T would arrive somewhere between Noon and 4 p.m. yesterday, so we stayed home all afternoon with NO visit or phone call from P&T. At 4:10 we called the office and were told someone would call us shortly to let us know they were on their way. Never received that call or a visit.
