AGS helped us replace our old hot water heater, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we spoke with was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole process easy. They explained our options clearly, didn’t try to upsell us on anything, and got us scheduled quickly.

On the day of the install, the technicians showed up right on time, were really professional, and respectful of our home. They did a clean job and made sure we understood how everything worked before they left. It’s been working perfectly ever since—no issues at all, and we’re so happy to have reliable hot water again!

I had a lot of unanswered questions about the different options from another local company. Ken made all crystal clear and set us up with a great dual speed American Standard furnace. Will surely go back for more expert help. ?

We own a cabin in Antrim. AGS has been instrumental in keeping that cabin working. They have helped in is many way related to seasonal opening and closing, offered great advice, and helped us with systems aside from HVAC. The office answers the phone (a miracle today), and the Techs, usually Jason, are all highly skilled, and very upbeat. When I told Jason about a looming issue by cell phone, he said, "I'm on my way and I'm gonna make it work. Don't worry." Over many visits AGS has ALWAYS been on time, and the tech calls when he is on the way. Without exception, the price is always fair and well worth every penny.Services: HVAC repair
