“I've been eating healthier and working out with a personal trainer, and it's been such an improvement to my health and life in general.However, at almost 42, working out has brought some past injuries to the surface and I've had to work around them. That is, until I went to Mar-Rae at Wild Roots... she stretched, pressed, pinned, and just plain worked magic.I have full joint mobility in my shoulders again, which I haven't had since a bike accident back in 2015.
