Betty came from tough circumstances when we adopted her, so is highly anxious. I was not successful trimming her nails myself nor were other groomers/vet techs. Katelyn showed so much compassion and took the time and approach Betty needed to be able to have her nails clipped. Highly recommend!
Some of the best service I have ever had. They went above and beyond. They listened to my dog and knew when to take breaks. We are lucky to have them here.
Two great people met me at the door. It was our cat's first time. They were super calm and attentive with our nervous cat. She calmed right down and let them trim her nails. Great experience. we will return.
