Recently a cord broke on the large shade on the street-facing window in our living room. We were concerned about not having a shade on this crucial window while the shade was out for repair. Route One Carpet managed to remove the shade, take it out for repair, and then return and reinstall the shade in little over one hour. Spectacular service! And all at no charge. Almost unbelievable in this day and age. They are skilled, friendly, courteous, and very professional.“
