“If you have Dog Pee and Stains, this is who you need. Frank and Jeff are friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable. They came, did the work and left. I'm happy to talk with anyone who has a badly stained and very smelly carpet from dog urine. My beige wall to wall, was about 15 years old and looked like a polka dotted rug from our 16 year old dog. Maggie couldn't hold her urine and was able to use only our living room as "her" room. We just let her. The smell was so bad we simply didn't use the room and decided it was Maggie's room. It was not good. I read the ads online. Jeff and Frank came looked at it and we talked about it. They were very realistic in telling me that the smell of the cleaning chemicals would probably be worse the 2nd day. They talked with me about how the chemicals worked and my asthma, and how well it may or may not work on our particular stain situation. In every way they were spot on. ha. In some ways, they tried to set a worse expectation than actually took place and we were pleasantly surprised. The carpet stains were initially totally gone and then reappeared a bit later, though much lighter of course. The same for the odor. It was so much better, and we could use the room. It was great to have the room back. However, I could still smell urine a bit. By this time we'd said goodbye to Maggie. This was why we chose to have the living room rug redone about 6 months later. We added the basement and other rooms when they cleaned last week. They were great, again, and they let me know that the stains would probably not get any lighter than they currently are, which I appreciated. Big thumbs up. Only down side is trying to get an appointment. They are pretty booked up.“
