Hart Plumbing & Heating is a company that cares about its customers. They provide excellent service and technical expertise, with friendly and responsive technicians. Customers are highly satisfied with their proactive and reactive approach to address any plumbing issues, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Isaac and his helper were amazing, very knowledgeable and efficient. Phyllis helped set up the appointment, and Brian and Eric arrived right on time, handling the process fast, efficient, and considerate. The team answered the phone in the wee hours and sent someone quickly to fix and replace broken appliances. Their rates are quite reasonable.
Wonderful and trustworthy. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and had someone here in a week to make the fixes. They’re knowledgeable, fair priced and fantastic! 5 out of 5 stars!
Our furnace wouldn’t turn on and they were the only place that doesn’t charge a ridiculous service fee. They were also able to give me a day and time they would be able to come out. Everyone else was call in the morning and wait to see if anything opens up. We will definitely be using them if we need any HVAC service. The service technician was friendly and answered all our questions!
Have had them for years - prompt service you can count on. Ladies in the office when you call are great too 👍
