“Each time that I go into the salon is a pleasant one. The staff is always smiling and friendly. I have had my hairdresser Donna DiFranco for over 22 years and I wouldn't change her for the world. She always does exactly what I want and need. She is amazing. She is so flexible with her time and squeezes me in whenever she can. When she is working on me, she makes me feel special and I leave there feeling like a million bucks. The place is small enough that every other hairdresser knows my name and greets me as well. “Sue, the owner, is a very pleasant and enjoyable person to be with. Recently during my very first visit with Sue, she cut and colored my hair and I wasn't too sure about the coloring and she not only made a suggestion on how to repair it or change it for me she allowed me to come back two days later and she fixed it and we both agreed that we liked it. I don't know many salons that would take the time to text their customer first of all to make sure they were happy with it but then to allow them to come back into their salon and put a little extra coloring in it just to change it up.
