Shelley is extremely kind and patient. My pet didn't have primary care previously and there was no shaming. My cat is old and has hyperthyroid, kidney and heart disease and she really cares about his quality of life. Staff is pleasant, quick, easy to get in touch with. Clinic is knowledgeable about specialist referrals

In 2015, we had to have my 17-year-old kitty, Dusty, put to sleep. I was there the day he was born and it shattered me to be there the day he died. The staff at GLAH were supportive, compassionate, and gave my son and I the time we needed at the very end to say our goodbyes.

I bring all of my dogs to see Shelley Brooks. She's such a wonderful vet! The staff is amazing, Especially when we have a problem with one of our dogs. Dr brooks saw our 13 yr old dog for half his life, and she was there for us in the end when we had to put him to sleep. The staff cried as much as we did. It's not a bad thing, it's nice to know how much you all really do care for animals!! Thank you Brooke dr Shelley Emily and your two new staff members, great addition, you all will see me again when we decide to get a new fur baby
