I have worked with few different chiropractors over the years. I’m not gonna say that this place knows their stuff. Unfortunately I’ll wait until I’m in bad shape before I go in but I always feel better when I come out. He takes the time to explain in detail what’s going on and why I’m in the position I’m in, I would recommend this place to anyone who really needs to be worked on by a professional.

I have received chiropractic care from several different Chiros and having messed up my back and needing some work, I booked an appointment at Alternative and after a single visit was feeling immediate positive results. The appointment took nearly a half hour and John Used a muscle massager ( ? ) on my which helped me feel less tense, and adjusted my spine and neck. At the end of the appointment he taught me stretches that he does daily and I have incorporated that into my daily routine and sometimes several times a day. Im 57 and my left hamstring has been bothering me for years, after a weeks of these stretches my left side feels as good as my right side hamstring....read full review
