Would highly recommend. Water in your finished basement is awful but Josh made the process much easier. Worked with me the whole way and made suggestions. Very knowledgeable. Basement is dry now. Happy with the outcome
Josh and his team at 1-800 Water Damage are incredible! We had a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom that caused a ton of damage to that room, our upstairs landing and our kitchen ceiling below it. Josh came out the next day and together with his team completed a new kitchen ceiling, new bathroom and updated carpet that had been damaged upstairs in just weeks. We had clear communication throughout the whole process and really valued his professional connections and recommendations. Highly recommend!
I cannot recommend Josh and 1-800 Water Damage highly enough. I had a flooded basement a few days before Christmas this year and called Josh in the evening. He showed up early the next morning, surveyed the situation, and provided me with an honest estimate to pump out the water and dry the basement.He spent the time to help move items out of the basement and removed the water and placed fans and dehumidifiers in the right locations to maximize their effectiveness.The most amazing part of the service was I had to leave my home for Christmas with my family and while I was away Josh checked on the basement and provided daily updates to me.Josh, thank you so much for helping... read full review
