By far, the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. The entire team was cohesive, communication was phenomenal, and they kept to a tight schedule!As a background, we built out over 2000 square feet of basement space in 3 months- project included design, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting, carpentry, flooring, insulation, fire sprinkler, and alarm work. The number of individuals and subcontractors involved was staggering.The core team (Jeremy, David, and Cody) managed the overall project- their attention to detail and quality is second to none. I could not be more pleased with the final product.

Their work was beyond reproach, but as importantly their interactions with us throughout the time they were here gave us confidence and reassurance that the work was proceeding as planned. Lighthouse Contracting recently finished our lower level refresh/remodel, which included a family room, bar area, 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. From the beginning we were impressed with the entire team; their professionalism, great communication, follow thru and attention to detail is unmatched. Jason was the PM/lead carpenter, he is knowledgeable and skilled and was a pleasure to work with. Jeremy and David were always available as well. We would highly recommend Lighthouse Contracting for any renovation job, big or small. You will be satisfied with the results.
