When our three flue chimney failed inspection, there was much wailing and gnashing of teeth. Finally, Lakes Region Chimney Pro to the rescue. Their Tech explained precisely what needed to happen and how it would happen. He worked hard to give us the best outcome, saving the working of both fireplaces.( third flue never used) When I was able to light a fire in the fireplace we’d been ( rightly) afraid to use for 50 yrs, I was giddy with delight. The new chimney has been given the seal of approval by my kids and cousins. It has also gotten compliments from neighbors. Great experience, Carrie handled my scheduling was very helpful and patient with my situation. The crew did an amazing job very skilled and the price was very fair. Every step was explained before hand with the recommended products and time line witch made me feel comfortable choosing lakes region chimney!
