We’re part time residents in Laconia and a kind neighbor checked on our condo to find frozen pipes. Knowing plumbers were likely overwhelmed with the recent storm, I was shocked to get a call back within hours from John and within 24 hours he went to our home and fixed the issue. My water tank pressure control went bad. I thought I needed a new tank. John came by to check seemingly minutes after I called. To my relief he determined it was just that part. After getting me a new one, he came back and fixed it that day.. a miracle since it is right in the middle of the summer tourist/construction season. THANK YOU John, Jill and Brett !!!
