We’re part time residents in Laconia and a kind neighbor checked on our condo to find frozen pipes. Knowing plumbers were likely overwhelmed with the recent storm, I was shocked to get a call back within hours from John and within 24 hours he went to our home and fixed the issue. I’m so grateful and impressed by his responsiveness and service given I’m a new customer.Service: Plumbing pipe repair

My water tank pressure control went bad. I thought I needed a new tank. John came by to check seemingly minutes after I called. To my relief he determined it was just that part. After getting me a new one, he came back and fixed it that day.. a miracle since it is right in the middle of the summer tourist/construction season. THANK YOU John, Jill and Brett !!!
