I recently had a new roof put on a mobile home.
It's a tricky project with so many vents sticking out, a couple skylights etc.
There were some aged and cracked vents too.
Damaged pieces were replaced or repaired, some metal that was allowing water through was also fixed.
While stressful for my dogs (kinda like fireworks) it was great for me.
Everything was done in a timely manner, the quoted price only changed by the cost of fixing damage that was found.
Lastly, the cleanup on the ground was outstanding on both sides of the house.
I did have a couple questions/issues but they'll be addressed shortly and they aren't critical.

We couldn't be more pleased with the remodel work Dave did in our entry, living room, a stairway. He found solutions for all the unplanned obstacles we uncovered along the way. Dave was on time and budget and kept us informed throughout the process. Even our dogs liked Dave. Deb and I highly recommend Dave and Louann's Home Improvements.
Just want to thank Dave for coming over to our new construction house to do a bunch of small projects for us. He responds quickly to texts and came right on time. Will definitely use in the future
