I had the misfortune of a well gone dry. I got a handful of soft quotes before having a few companies come out for a site visit. Gap Mountain was the only one that stayed close to their soft quote! The drilling of the well went ... well :-) but there was an issue getting the pump down. Since the drilling rig had already left the site they had to bring it back a couple of days later to reem it out as there had been a bit of a collapse. Second try got the pump in place. However, we still didn't have a water system that was working right. The next day I noticed that there was water bubbling up through the ground where the old and new pipe had been spliced together. They came out again with the backhoe, dug it up, ran some new pipe and new splices and then we were in business! The final bill came through exactly as they had quoted and they called a few times to check up on the system. The issues that came up weren't their fault and they handled the issues promptly and without the need to push. A good group of folks who are courteous and do good work!
We had them drill a new well and TJ and his crew were here when they said they would be, did what needed to be done. sent us a video and pictures. cleaned up the area and everything looks great. very professional and we are happy.
TJ and the rest of the crew were helpful and professional. They did a great job on the well! They came when they were supposed to, returned all of our calls, and left the site in great shape.
