From the beginning to the end of purchasing and I stalling new mini splits in our home, Nicbroc Oil, Heating and Cooling was AWESOME! From calling the office to arrange an estimate, to the very through walk through with the owner ( who answered many questions over several days), to the super efficient, respectful, and professional crew who did the installation...it was a job handled with superior quality! I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Nibroc Oil, Heating and Cooling!
Today, Sunday, in the middle of a snow storm, NIBROC came out to fix my furnace.I woke up to furnace not working. It's nerve racking because I'm thinking I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today at 7am! NIBROC owner, Russ helped do some troubleshooting first. When nothing worked,they came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Thank you! They have always been so reliable!
Started using NiBROC oil a couple years ago and never looked back! I was having our previous oil supplier match their lower prices, then decided to switch. Online ordering is a plus, and they always deliver within 48hours. I wish they did propane delivery too!I forgot to leave a check once, and instead of charging my credit card at a higher rate for the fill, the office called me (I wish I could remember her name because she's always fantastic) to let me know they could try again the next day. Customer service is always A+.
