It did take much longer than the 7-10 it was expected to arrive but I was in constant contact with Scott Philo and his team. They ALWAYS PERSONALLY answered my calls, and text messages there were NO answering machines or answering services. Overall I am really impressed with the Ultimate Ultra Massage Chair and the company Massage Chairs for Less and I do realize that the shipping delays we beyond their control and should not be a negative reflection of this business in any way.
