I didn't know what to expect, working with a personal trainer for the first time. I can't say enough great things about Mary Lou. I really needed a lot of help at first and she was very patient and really worked hard with me to achieve the goals we had set. She really knows her stuff. Her studio is meticulously clean and has so much equipment. I am now fitting in clothing I never thought I would again. I can't believe all we have achieved! I highly recommend her studio and services. I'm now adding Pilates to my workout at Mary Lou's suggestion. She hasn't steered me wrong yet. I look and feel great!
