I have so much clarity after my appointment, that I hardly know where to embark; so allow me to start from the beginning. Upon arrival for that morning appointment, I was in pain, could hardly turn my neck left, and was nothing short of a wreck. Cheryl showed nothing but compassion, understanding, knowledge, and peace the moment I walked through her studio door. Cheryl's soul alone has the ability to put the body and mind at ease and her extensive knowledge of the human anatomy shows in her physical ability as she dives into the massage aspect, releasing tension. I could feel the exact moments when my body released its impenetrable constriction under her hands, providing an involuntary physical and verbal response of relief. I went in for my first massage in several years today. I am not one who relaxes easy..at all.. and Cheryl made me comfortable from the start. After two kids back to back I’ve put my self care on the back burner and my body is really feeling it in more ways than one.
