Jeff was courteous, thorough, and fair in his estimate and gave us an honest assessment of their work. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Steve the technician was on time, polite, friendly and easy to work with. He did high quality work and was honest with us what he could and could not do. He did a great job and exceeded our expectations !!!

We are overjoyed with the experience we had with Mr. Sandless! Our soft pine floors were sad and worn with years of wear and tear of dogs, sand, furniture moving, etc. But Steve proved to us that by using the process of Mr. Sandless, our floors could look beautiful again. Jeff and Steve were total professionals. Jeff took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. And Steve did a spectacular job taking great care and patience in refinishing our floors to their natural beauty. FIVE-STAR Rating for Mr. Sandless. Highly recommend!

They came and measured the floors I needed refinished, the floors were last done twenty years ago. The floors were put in our house 1779, they were pretty beat up. They didn't claim to make look like new or wonderful, they said they could improve their look, what they did is nothing short of a miracle. I am going to refer them to all of our clients and friends. I plan on having back to do some other floors.
