Met with Karen D (store manager) on my lunchbreak to resolve an issue with my new glasses not fitting well (purchased from a different location). She was great under pressure, as it was busy and understaffed at that moment ( lunch time). She was able to get my new glasses ordered quickly while training a new staff member and not impacting my experience. I highly recommend the Epping location, it has a great manager!

The people are friendly and care about your concerns. I had new lenses replaced in a frame I had and I had an issue due to the old frame. I went back to them and they gave me a new frame and had a new set of glasses made for me at no charge. That is great service and shows their concern to make your experience a great one.

I LOVE this location. Since it is a chain I have had some bad experiences with other doctors at other locations when it was bought out a few different times. BUT, the Epping location is top tier. I love the care I get and not having to worry about being up-charged or switching to different contacts just to make more money (which I have had in the past as well as with add on to my glasses that were not needed). Dr. Audette is wonderful and I really feel is in tune with where my vision is at. I trust her recommendations are solid and the care from the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. I’ve been coming here two years in a row now.l and will continue. 10/10.
