I bought a propane grill there 2 days ago and I had it delivered. When I tried operate it I noticed the burner was not connected properly. I called them back to see how or if they could fix the problem. I was told that they would get back to me. Today I went back to see what they were going to do about the problem. Patrick Sheehan listened to my situation and he said give me 10 minutes and I'll be there to make right. He connected the burner properly and safely. It's employees like that who go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction should be commended.
I've rented from ECL and purchased many good products from them. They've always taken the time to explain the operation of equipment/power tools and have been polite, friendly and helpful. I can't recommend them enough. They have saved me a lot of money.
