From the top of the management chain to the every-day workers and subcontractors, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and good-humored. They always took the time to involve us in choices that needed to be made in the course of the work, were patient with our many questions, and were great at making suggestions to help us sort out the many material and design decisions along the way. We were living in our home during the work, and while that was of course a disruptive experience, everyone went out of their way to respect our privacy, and keep us well informed ahead of time when they would be doing things that might be especially noisy or disruptive. And last but not least, as a few minor problems came up after the work was completed, they have been very quick to respond and address any issues.
