Thank you so much to Dr Franklin and staff for taking such wonderful care of my lovebird Rosie at her first vet appt recently. I had no idea what she would make of the whole experience but it was clear that no matter what, you were going to put her needs first. Fortunately, she did great! it was low stress all around 🥰
