If you decide to go with this company, get a projected completion date email or text. Their teams have no idea how to edit, they have be told to fix something multiple times, they will ignore and leave you in the dark for a week then message you on a Friday of issues so you have sit until Monday to fix them. If you request refund they will deny you. If you force a refund, people like Adam Jacob’s will threaten and harass you and try to manipulate you into sending him hush money or he’ll file false police reports and false legal action. Worse experience ever. Be careful and be vigilant. If I were you, I’d search else where.
