I work for Port City Air, in Portsmouth, NH, and Tom is always going above and beyond with all the projects he does for us. The work he performs is always perfectly done, and Tom is a great person, always in a good mood. I've known Tom for almost two years.

Called on April 29th to with a small job. Told me to text him at the number I called. I texted him. He never responded. I texted him again two weeks later. He never responded. Texted again saying I was going with someone else. Got a response within two minutes. Not professional, do not recommend.
