Go elsewhere for propane! This company has terrible customer service. I ordered a refill which required me to be home for a safety inspection. The tank was refilled but I missed the inspection, I didnt see the truck or hear the door though I was home. When I rescheduled the safety inspection I specifically asked them to have the driver call me as I have a rambling big house with many doors and often cant hear someone at the door(s). I missed the second attempt as well as the same thing happened again and no phone call was made. This process took a month while I am without a stove! If I could leave a zero I would. Our building is supposed to be on auto delivery. The landlord noticed the tanks were low, and called for a delivery ahead of time, just in case. They told her to wait for her scheduled delivery. She said to delivery early anyway, and they ignored her. We ran out of propane before they could come by. We called all day long expressing that our business couldn't function and we had to close. Begged them to please expedite delivery. They kept giving us the runaround. This company has served my house since 1984. In the past few years, it's completely changed and overcharged its customers. It took 2 years to remove a propane tank and then charge me $169. The heating oil is very high. Thank God for Heatable Fuel & Pro HVAC of Dover NH I no longer need Downeast energy
