I just switched from my old company my first appointment went well. The team was here today to switch the propane tanks they did an excellent job and cleaned up the old propane lines originally done by my old company. I am very pleased, they answer the phone, do what they say they are going to do and have a great attitude. I give them a high recommendation.

My oven died while I was baking a birthday cake for an out-of-state houseguest. I borrowed a neighbor's oven, and sent an email to DF Richard around 9 pm at night. At 8:05 am I received a phone call from their technician, who asked a few questions and showed up with the part at 11:30 am. By 11:55 am, my oven was repaired! It doesn't get any better than this--thanks for truly awesome service.

I’m blown away by the service from DF Richard! Kim came to my house for annual maintenance, and his friendly, personable demeanor, along with his extensive knowledge, really stood out. He went above and beyond by noticing a hornet's nest on the side of my house, spraying it, and sealing the entrance with silicone caulk. I’m not only thrilled with the work he was hired to do but also incredibly impressed with the extra steps he took - would highly recommend DF Richard!
