The multiple electrolysis sessions I received were not only unsuccessful but left little bumpy scars on my chin with now even thicker hairs growing out of them. I received a Groupon for services here as a gift. The Groupon was not used for the specific small area I requested, and I was prompted to purchase additional sessions to clear the larger area my therapist chose to treat. I’ve never had electrolysis before, and I had what I now know was a severe reaction which should have flagged the therapist to recommend that I not continue. She really knows what she is doing. Her professionalism and knowledge are endless. She has given me terrific advice on the best products to use for my skin type. I’ve seen her for electrolysis, microdermabrasion and facials. Pampering at its best.
