2022 February vacation In Aruba. I did yoga every morning via zoom with Arielle, Sharon or Sara.I was so excited I could take my makeup class the next day. I started my day with yoga, outside with the tropical breeze ( definitely had me swaying on the standing poses) breathing in ocean air, watching the sun rise was such a blessing. I Loved that I could take my yoga classes with me on vacation. ?❤️?♀️⛅️?

I found Nahar when looking for a prenatal yoga class. Arielle's gentle yoga class was a wonderful fit! Everyone in the studio was welcoming. Arielle would suggest modifications to different poses throughout my pregnancy. When classes switched to virtual, Arielle continued to foster and hold space for a supportive community each week. I left each class feeling relaxed and encouraged. I am forever grateful for Arielle and the Nahar community.

I wanted to sincerely thank Arielle for everything she's done to allow us to keep practicing with her virtually during these difficult times! Her yoga class is always the highlight of my week, and it has really helped to improve my mental and physical health.
