I had the BEST experience with Jason. He was quick to reply and took such good care of my car for it to be inspection ready. It always makes the service that much better when the person is great to communicate with and runs his business as well as Justin does. Seriously, if you need work done this is the place to go!

Above what I expected. O.C.D. Perfection Quality. The low price was unbelievable and I don’t think anyone charges less. He explained every part that was going to be put on so that I knew before it happened. Anytime you call then the phone actually gets picked up everytime and all your questions get answered before even going to the shop. No exhaust shop is better than Lou’s in Derry NH. And I’ve lived in 5 different states and haven’t seen a place with such helpful, friendly workers. In the waiting room He said take the remote and put what I want on tv and set the AC to whatever temp is most comfortable for me. Would highly recommend Lou's Custom Exhaust in Derry. Knew we had a leak and anticipated being sold a whole new system $$$. Pleasantly surprised, a system test showed 2 minor leaks. Not only could it be repaired instatly, the price was reasonable. Thank You Jason.
