Totally unethical company, they charge a rental fee for the tank if you do not replenish each year, which is somewhat reasonable. But, they conveniently bill you prior to the 1 year mark which is always before I’d call in a delivery. Then my call is diverted to billing and they tell me I cannot have a delivery until I pay the $200. Rental fee. They played this game with me for 5 years then came here and took my 1/2 full tank without notice! I think that’s stealing but I know if I persue it I’ll just get charged a fee for them coming here to pick up the tank which conveniently will be more than the value of the 1/2 tank of fuel. Terrible terrible service. No one ever answers phone and be prepared to wait on hold for a long time....every day , any day. They add a charge Of $200 to $300 for an emergency delivery . They don’t answer the phone , you run low and they charge you a fee for needing fuel right away. I’m going to get rid of them.

Absolutely the worst people to deal with! They have no idea how to calculate zero degree days or schedule delivery’s with different homes with different equipment! Buy gas from anyone BUT them. I was told To order has at 30% capacity, then call and order gas, I told them that would not be enough time, they then said we have you scheduled for this Saturday 5 days after I called, well it’s day six and still no gas! Now my tank is empty and the house is cold and the kids are bundled up. Never again will I deal with this company!!!
