I feel Colleen has a vast array of wisdom and knowledge on the body as a whole and how everything is intertwined so to say. I was thoroughly impressed at her hands ability to literally, intuitively, know what my body could handle and how she could adjust accordingly.. She explained to me as she was massaging me different techniques she could apply like cupping etc and I basically just let her work her magic. It was so relieving on my muscle stiffness/pain, i dozed off here and there comfortably. In addition to her amazing massages, Colleen made a huge difference in my recovery from frozen shoulder after breaking my arm. I was in PT at the time, but she is the one who went deep into the area and created real change. She is absolutely outstanding!
