We had not used them before, but they were the ones who had installed the unit prior to us owning the home and their contact info was on the unit. Their office was closed but the person who answered the emergency line helped me to troubleshoot my issue. It was exactly what I needed to get running again. He then said I could contact the company we use to maintain our boiler to follow-up. David Heating & Cooling could've easily have come out, charged us for an emergency visit (it was a Saturday afternoon) and bill us a pretty penny for their services but they didn't. That's a great company. Thank you.“
