Brian was extremely helpful when I thought I had broken my iphone screen. I dropped in to be sure that was my only issue and order a new screen to be installed. I was super happy to learn it was only the screen protector I had installed that had a crack in it and he was able to replace it on the spot. The only reason I didn't know for sure this was my issue was I was hesitant to remove the screen protector myself if it was indeed holding broken glass in place! Thank you for your service. If I need tech repaired in the future, I'll surely start with the iGuys.

One week ago I searched for someone to replace the screen on my Samsung galaxy s21 fe phone because I smashed it on a rock and it had a hole it the middle of screen. I came across the iguys tech shop so I sent them an email on Saturday to see if they could fix it and by Sunday I had a detailed message back on Sunday morning about what it entails and what it would cost and how long it would take. Took the phone to them a week later to get fixed and I have to say these guys did an excellent job. They had it fixed in a few hours and no issues what so ever. It’s obvious that these (i)guys are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I went through a phase where I was dropping and breaking my iPhone screens like, every other month, and every time they replaced it for a reasonable price, usually in about an hour. I’ve bought two refurbished Apple products from them as well, and both times they walked me through the decision process, gave me all the pros and cons, specs of the device etc. That’s fabulous customer service in my mind!
