So, I had bought my glasses in Bedford but live here in Concord and decided to get my frames adjusted here because it needed to be more tight. Well the lady who did my glasses messed it up so much that the temple earpiece was hurting on one side and not the other. I took it to a local optician in town and he noticed right away one side was higher than the other. He fixed it and I had instant relief. Not happy!!

Thank you for all your help! Diane was wonderful and broke down the cost for the glasses for me while providing me multiple avenues to go down in order to get my new glasses. Excellent opticians like her are the reason I come back to the vision center every year!

There's a serious staffing problem in the vision Center. Hopefully, efforts are being made to remedy this. I was informed that my new lenses were ready for pick-up but the Center is closed, phone is unanswered. Meanwhile, I am out a chunk of money and I can't see very well. Is there a manager?
