He showed up on time and very professionally inspected the project, providing me with a plan to move forward. He was patient with the progress since other things needed to get done first before he could finish up his part. He came back multiple times to accommodate other subcontractors and always showed up on time. He is courteous and very easy to work with, and his price was very fair too.
