I have used this office for my daughter and son, I have never had such a thorough and helpful PCP. Both of my children see Caitlyn Robator. Sick days are a breeze and I am always called back in a timely manner, they use the portal effectively, too!

I agree with other reviewers who say that the primary care doctors here do not want to accept appointments. My son had a seizure on an airplane. Luckily, there was a doctor on the plane who was able to check him out and told him that we should see a doctor the next day. Guess what? The primary care doctor at the Dartmouth Hitchcock clinic in Concord would not see him. We were told that he would have to see a neurologist instead. I know from experience that the Neurology practice they referred us to schedules out months in advance. My son had not had a seizure in many years, so was not on any epilepsy medication, as formerly. Most of the providers I've seen here are fine. The problem is they really, really don't want to make primary care appointments. Every other doctor I've seen in my life, you call, say your problem and they find you the next available slot.Not here! When you can even get through to reception, they only say a nurse will have to call you back, which usually isn't until the next day. But does the nurse make an appointment? Nope, without fail they tell you to go to the unrelated urgent care place across town.I ostensibly have a primary care provider here.
